Dynamic 2: Our Approach to the Individual



The Kingdom Focused Church Serves the Individual - Individually and Corporately A KFC is distinguished by its approach to the individual believer. We demonstrate this by our display of fidelity as individual members and as a collective. A KFC seeks to serve and aid the individual in their spiritual development (formation). We fulfill this mission through life on life discipleship.

• We do not ask the individual to join the Church (that happens at salvation).

• We ask individuals to become a part of our community of believers so that we might live our lives together in the service of God and His Kingdom.

• We are committed to the welfare of each member and will not use their services, gifts, talents and abilities while ignoring their individual suffering or pain. We care about the individual more than what they can do for the organization.

• We invite you to build vital relationships that impact you beyond Sunday. Our commitment to being a covenant community extends to impact your work, business, personal dreams and goals.

• We are committed to seeing the individual members prosper as much or more than the organization. To this end, a KFC does not seek to compete with our members that are entrepreneurs in the marketplace by creating businesses (e.g. bookstores, nurseries, shops and restaurants). It is instead our goal to become the number one customer of those that have a burden for a bookstore, nursery and the like. We are successful when our people are successful.
